Services - Human

  • Relaxation massage is a full-body escape, designed to melt away stress and bring a deep sense of calm. Through gentle, flowing strokes, it soothes tired muscles, eases tension, and invites the mind to unwind.

The warmth of touch encourages better circulation, washes away the weight of the day, and lulls the body into restful balance—leaving you feeling lighter, restored, and ready to embrace the quiet stillness of deep relaxation.

  • Remedial massage is all about tackling those aches, pains, and muscle niggles head-on.

Using techniques like deep tissue work, cupping, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy, it helps with pain relief, injury recovery, better posture, and greater flexibility. Whether you're bouncing back from an injury or just need to move better, it’s got you covered.

  • Pregnancy massage is designed to support the physical and emotional changes that occur throughout each trimester of pregnancy. This nurturing treatment aims to relieve common discomforts such as swelling, muscle tension, joint pain, and fatigue, while also promoting relaxation and overall well-being.

By using safe and adaptive techniques pregnancy massage can enhance circulation, reduce stress, anxiety and improve sleep quality. It provides a gentle, supportive environment for mothers to be and to connect with their changing bodies and experience a greater sense of comfort during this transformative time.

  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage is a rhythmic and gentle technique that stimulates the lymphatic system to encourage the natural movement of lymph fluid through the body. By using light, precise strokes, it helps reduce swelling, improve circulation, support the immune system, and promote detoxification.

  • When combined with massage therapy, it enhances the therapeutic effects by promoting deeper circulation, reducing swelling, and accelerating recovery. It’s commonly used in sports recovery, post-surgical care, and to support lymphatic health.
